Our audit services are provided in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) fully adopted by the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania.

Audited financial statements are prepared in accordance with Romanian Financial Accounting Standards or International Financial
Reporting Standards, as in accordance with accounting rules of groups of companies.
All members of the Audit Department are connoisseurs of local and international accounting practices. Our auditors are encouraged
to obtain internationally recognized accounting qualification ACCA UK in order to increase their understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards and International Standards on Auditing.
We prepare financial statements monthly / quarterly in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) accounting
rules or groups of companies, including: balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in share capital,
the notes of financial statements.
We also prepare financial statements consolidated for holdings.
